Deletion mutant analysis of established glucose signalling and metabolic pathway members

Tab-delimited file that contains both the M ratios (mutant/wildtype) and p values for all deletion mutants obtained through the limma statistical modeling approach. The first two rows contain the name and data type (M or p value) for each deletion mutant. The first two columns contain the systematic name (ORF name) and standard gene symbol for every gene present on the DNA microarray. Transposable elements and mitochondrial genes were excluded, as well as YDL196W.

On the basis of 'del_mutants_limma.txt' (see above), a hierarchical cluster diagram was generated, and resulting TreeView files (http://jtreeview.sourceforge.net) were zipped. Included are deletion mutants (clustered horizontally) different from wildtype, i.e. exhibiting twelve or more transcription changes (p < 0.01, FC > 1.7), and transcripts (clustered vertically) changing in at least one deletion mutant (p < 0.01, FC > 1.7). Yellow indicates upregulation, blue downregulation and black no change, all relative to wildtype.

 

Time-course experiment of glucose-depleted wildtype cells that were inoculated into fresh media

The first two rows contain the sample name and data type (M or p value). The first two columns contain the systematic name (ORF name) and standard gene symbol for every gene present on the DNA microarray.
